When you use the enquiry form, we collect the details you enter:

• your name
• your organisation
• your work email address
• your current chatbot platform
• what you need to build or improve

Please do not include sensitive personal information, or information about your programme participants, in the enquiry form.

How we use it

We use enquiry details to reply to you, discuss the scope of possible work, and keep a record of our correspondence. We do not sell your information or add you to marketing lists without your consent.

We process these details because you asked us to respond to your enquiry.

Who processes it

Enquiry details are handled by service providers that help us run this website and receive messages:

• Form handling: Formspree, which receives enquiry form submissions and forwards them to us by email
• Email: Google, which hosts our email
• Website hosting: Hetzner

Formspree is based in the United States, and Google may process email outside South Africa, so enquiry details may be transferred outside South Africa.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries that do not lead to work for up to 24 months, then delete them.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by contacting us using the details below.

We handle personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA). If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Regulator (South Africa).

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts, and does not set cookies of its own.

The server records standard access and security logs, which may include your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. We use these logs to operate, troubleshoot, and secure the website.

The content on this website describes the types of work BotFlow Dev can be engaged for. It is general information and is not an offer. Any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement.

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
